I, too, have the struggle to get air to my lungs. God is in control...but your words will live in my heart as we go through this process of life and hopefully a quiet, happy passing to Heaven. I doubt that ...God's timing can be so perfect! I doubt that you would remember me after all of these years but I attended Bethany with you and Judy from 1994 until moving to SC in March of 2000. I had seen your blog a few years ago shortly after you started it but had not been back since until today. Just moments before sitting down at my computer the Lord brought you to my mind as I was thinking about our many friends back in MN and wishing that I had more contact with them right now as our family is in great need of prayer and comfort. My husband developed a neurological condition in June that we have yet to be able to get a diagnosis for. It appears that is it going to be degenerative in nature and I have been having great difficulty working through the process of accepting this at our age and with our 5 and 9 year-old boys to care for as well. I have my own business and work from home so I have lots of time alone with my thoughts which is often not a good thing as Satan has a way of twisting things around and stealing our joy in these times of crisis in our lives so I have been coveting the prayer of all of our wonderful Christian friends both for Greg's healing and for comfort and peace for our family as we walk this road. When I came in and logged onto my computer a mutual friend had added you as a friend on Facebook and it was such an encouragement to me to see that The Father has given you so much time to continue serving Him in this life. You have always been an inspiration from the day I first heard your testimony about how you left the Catholic faith and became a believer in Christ--I have shared your story many times with others over the years. Please keep on with your ministry and know you are touching lives!

Christi (Holeman) BrunerAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1851540927582400779.post-24228441082703277972011-08-24T12:54:27.415-05:002011-08-24T12:54:27.415-05:00Hi Gretchen, Yes, I do remember you -- with the he...Hi Gretchen, Yes, I do remember you -- with the help of the student directory of 96-97. I graduated in 1997...though I began my "career" there with a different last name! (Wendt) Anyway, I always so appreciated your classes and I am looking forward to diving into your blog as well! Thanks for giving us this continuing "class"...
sincerely, Gretchen O'DonnellGretchen O'Donnellhttp://www.afinedayforanepiphany.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1851540927582400779.post-45298120317663715252011-06-14T13:27:40.654-05:002011-06-14T13:27:40.654-05:00I am so thrilled to hear of your new writing proje...I am so thrilled to hear of your new writing project!
